Once you are up and running, there will be no slowing down. Chromebooks can handle multitasking with minimal or no lag, and it doesn’t matter if you switch between open apps or open files. It’s actually as smooth as any mobile device. You can view a tutorial and design a logo all at once.
Built-in virus protection.
Your Chromebook has built-in antivirus and malware protection. Plus, automatic security updates. You can be protected all the time, without having to think about it.
ChromeOS’s operating system is so well designed that it’s almost impossible to install any app that could cause damage to your Chromebook. All apps that you install are checked through Google Play’s “Play Protect” system to ensure safety.
To access your data, you must be signed in. No one else can use your account to log into your Chromebook. Only you.

ChromeOS is the only operating platform that allows you to access over a million apps via Google Play. This is the same app store that Android phones use. You can also get everything you have on your phone on your Chromebook – books, movies, and all the educational apps that you need.
Google Docs is a powerful word processor that can handle a lot of coursework. You can also use Word if you prefer. You can download Office 365 directly from the Google Play Store.
